Franchise collaboration invited – state of the art online franchise lead prospect database.
Hi All
Considering having an intuitive online database developed to manage franchise prospects with as much automation as possible. Salesforce has been recommended but I’m keen to remove reliance on heavy license fees each year. Happy to share hosting costs.
Any other franchisors/consultants presently managing prospects interested in working with me to share costs? Once developed & working well there is the potential to refer it to industry peers.

Here below is a system wish list. What’s missing from your dream wish list?
1A. System must be online & be capable of being manage from any PC in the world & able to automatically capture e-mails sent from franchise lead generation sites.
1. Search /sort by surname, firstname, e-mail address, postcode, source, status & 6 fields mentioned above
2. System automatically records ‘date entered’ & updated fields
3. Facility for e-mail lead to automatically populate database or for manual input.
4. Filtering system built in programmable by user to populate the database for new lead sources. Facility to add new lead sources.
5. System sends e-mail acknowledgement to prospects & user on lead receipt. Initial test e-mail sent by system on acceptance of lead to request click back from user. System acknowledges click back from test e-mail & captures e-mail IP address – to enable future personalised e-mail tracking.
6. Call back – system reminds user when to call prospect
7. Import / export facility built in
8. System to be as intuitive as possible. User guide / handover & systems documentation needed or inbuilt into system & training
9. System allows users to create / hold & send personalised e-mails / HTML templates to prospects on the database. System allows user to use the previous newsletter & change it for the next newsletter
10. Mailbomber facility – System can mailshot all / selection of prospects with personalised e-mail & records history of mailings on each record
11. Prospect records which e-mail & email blasts lead has received
12. System to allow user to SMS multiple prospects at once (E.g. Hi its xxxx from yyyy. Is it convenient to call you?)
13. Analysis reporting facility. Lead quantities with filters e.g. by source site, lead status etc. per month / per annum or by lead status etc.
14. E-mail send delay/timer needed – so future Mailings can be entered & programmed /automated to go on specific date/time?
15. System automatically creates history – e.g. correspondence with lead & date are captured by system not just notes. E.G. autoresponses captured showing the information already sent, e.g. quantity of e-mails, date sent including the recording any click-backs from propsect.
16. Facility to test mailshots in advance of sending
17. Ability to e-mail 5000 prospect subscribers for example & only spend time calling the ones that have clicked to request a call back.
18. System can highlight & delete duplicate names / postcodes upon authorisation by user
19. Secure User IDs & password access to database
20. Facility to add new database so concurrent businessses can be run alongside with separate User ID & Password. Each database can be customised with its own logo.
Ideally would like to deal with someone that has done something similar. Job includes IP rights for system code.
Can anyone recommend someone with this technical capability? All input / interest appreciated. Please contat me at sales@maid2clean.co.uk
